• Account Data: includes your email address used for authentication.
• Document Origin (PDFs): We DO NOT store your original PDF files on our servers. When you upload a document, it is securely processed in memory and sent directly to our AI provider (Google Gemini) for extraction, then immediately discarded.
• Document Results (Markdown): The generated Markdown structure is stored securely in our database so you can access it later. These results are kept until their expiration date (which depends on your subscription plan) or until you explicitly delete them from your dashboard.

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
